98: WestminsTARDIS

Day 98: Work with time.

The prompt said to do something that involved time, such as drawing with a sparkler or laser pointer while taking a long exposure photograph. Neither my brother nor I have a camera capable of doing that*, so here's a different interpretation. I chose a rather obvious iconic clock image from the UK to go with the TARDIS here.
