Wow! Very nice! When I saw the thumbnail, I thought that the ears looked off, but they look perfect and add to the expression here! Speaking of expression, the cats expression is such a typical cat expression! XD
The eyes could be a little better; one of them looks like it's looking in the wrong direction. And the left front leg looks kinda squeezed into the picture, making it look small.
However, the rest of the proportions are perfect! Also, I love the way that you shaded it in, and drew the whiskers/eyebrows. =^.^=
