Moo Kitty Who Kitty

This is my old cat Neko doing her best Tom Baker impersonation. The thing around her is the Pretty Belt. It's been a cat toy for years. I had been playing with her with it for a bit the other day and wrapped it around her like this. I was also about to start making lunch, so I left her in the living room. She followed me to the kitchen still wearing her "scarf". So of course I had to take a picture. She followed me back to the living room for the photo shoot, but refused to sit still for her portrait. This is the best of the three pictures I got!

And the "Moo Kitty" part is from one of the things I call her. She has a tendency to make a "moo" sound sometimes. Also, she used to weigh about as much as a cow!

I wish I could thank each and every one of you individually, but the sheer number of you and the fact that I'm sort of time-crunched prevents me from doing so. Additional additional: 7:05 pm 12/16/10 I'm sad to say that Neko is no longer with us. She turned 19 in November and was doing as well as can be expected, but the past couple weeks saw her health seriously decline. Monday, the 12th, was pretty bad. She hadn't moved from the chair in the upstairs office for a day, and then when she did start to move, she couldn't go very far. So we did the humane thing and took her to the vet. I miss her already and so does the little cat, Hindi.
